  • Golf is not typically thought of as causing a lot of injuries
  • Overuse Injuries – most golf injuries are overuse injuries (but keep your feet and arms in the cart while riding!).  Overuse injuries can include:
  • Prevention – warm-up and stretch before playing your round of golf.
