Dr. Dows-Martinez is 5 Stars all the way. She diagnosed my Sciatica, and first and foremost, was alleviating the pain and moving forward with treatment. She explained in detail; in a way I could understand, while showing me a model of a spine. We discussed and agreed upon a treatment plan; as well as expectations and scheduled an Epidural for the next day; which again; she explained – procedure, expectations, and outcomes in detail. Her staff member Angie immediately scheduled the procedure and gave me all the information and details to prepare for it. No detail left out, and made me feel comfortable preparing for the procedure. Every one of her team members were attentive to my medical needs and are all very friendly which really helped put me at ease. The day of the procedure Dr. Dows-Martinez made it very clear that her #1 concern was to keep me pain free, and that she did! …completing the procedure and no pain. Post Op follow-up by Dr. Dows-Martinez and her team, another 5 Stars. Her personal call was specific to my medical needs and her reach-out of personal care and interest was so genuinely felt. I'm a 58 year old female who required surgery to repair labrum and bicep this year. I'm now 4 1/2 months post surgery and 1 month post physical therapy and am incredibly pleased with the outcome. Dr. Chen and his staff were extremely professional and caring. He took time to explain in detail the surgery and necessary follow-up. He did an excellent job and I'm very grateful!

I was referred to this practice and Dr. Kim by Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville after three different Doctors in my area in TN had given me different diagnoses. It was way past time for some action on the problem and I was very happy with the care and professionalism. I am now going back for another irreverent joint even though it is quite a drive and needed to stay over post-op.

Dr. Kao is fantastic! After I had a freak fall where I broke my hip, I scheduled an appointment immediately. Dr. Kao was very positive, listened intently, told me my options, and made sure I understood everything. She performed surgery and visited me in the hospital every day. Her care and follow-up are exemplary. I truly believe that I have mended so well because of her expertise. I highly recommend her.

I was involved in an accident which left my right hand and wrist in a lot of pain. She went above and beyond before, during, and after my surgery. Dr. Bilbrew is not only extremely knowledgeable but she was also extremely attentive. She took the time to explain each step of treatment to me in a way which I could understand. Dr. Dantuluri is an extremely nice person who pinned my broken humeral head with a titanium pin which is a minimalist approach which preserves the blood supply to the humerus . It was all very efficiently taken care of. I have good range of motion 6 months later. His office staff are pleasant and helpful. I feel extremely lucky to have found Dr. Dantuluri who is so skilled in this procedure. Thank you!

If you require a total knee or hip replacement, Dr. Lane is the best. My left knee is perfection and my right knee soon will be. You cannot find a more caring, skilled, and talented doctor.
