This was my second surgery with Dr. David Schneider on the same shoulder. Years ago, he repaired my rotator cuff, and more recently, after a serious bicycle accident, he had to tackle an even more complicated situation — including a glenoid fracture, labrum damage, and other injuries I couldn’t even pronounce. My shoulder has really taken a beating over the years, but Dr. Schneider has been the steady hand putting it back together again. What stands out most is his combination of surgical excellence and genuine care. He explains things clearly, sets realistic expectations, and brings a calm confidence that makes you feel secure even in tough circumstances. When this latest injury happened, he and his team went out of their way to fit me in quickly because they knew it couldn’t wait. That kind of responsiveness meant the world to me. I also want to thank Paul Lee, who I saw at surgery. His professionalism and support during the process helped me feel at ease when it mattered most. Together, they make a team you can trust completely. I’m deeply grateful for the care I’ve received from Dr. Schneider and Paul Lee. If you’re looking for orthopedic specialists who combine top-level skill with compassion and urgency when it’s needed, I can’t recommend them enough.

Great experience, doctor was amazing

Dr. Schneider is an excellent surgeon, who did a wonderful job with my recent total reverse shoulder revision. The previous replacement got infected with the C. acnes bacteria, and I was told it would require two additional surgeries to eliminate it. Dr. Schneider did it in one and is confident the infection won't return. I was able to go home the same day as the surgery with a sling and a pain pump, and have had little to no pain ever since. Highly recommend!

Great first appointment. He took my concerns seriously and treated my condition promptly and seemed to understand what he was looking at. He viewed my images with me and showed me what the issue seemed to be. We came up with a care plan and out it into action. He was very empathetic. I was happy to be seeing a doctor and not a PA.

He and his team was there 100% for me through all the processes I needed to go through for both of my shoulder replacements. Even the care that was given after surgery exceeded my expectations.
