Great staff!

I wasn’t sure if I would’ve seen that day as I didn’t have an appointment but the pain in my finger forced me to go. I was greeted by a pleasant receptionist who took my information and told me to wait while she send my information to the doctor, and in no time she called me to her desk and informed me there was a hand specialist who would see me, the rest was easy. In no time, I was seen and instructions given. I thank you all for such prompt and professional service.

I was very pleased (and surprised) with my entire experience. Check in was quick and easy. I was taken to the back very quickly. I had X-rays taken, also very quickly. I saw Erin Brantley, PA. She asked intelligent questions about the circumstances leading to my injury. She told me my x-ray was normal, and gave me three options of treatment. One was the clear winner for my particular case. The person who checked me in, the nurse who saw me, and the X-Ray Technician were all great, friendly and professional. Erin was great throughout. The treatment has worked. I couldn’t recommend Erin more highly.

Awesome Facility

This was my first visit to this location and I was very pleased. You got me in quickly and Erin took her time explaining why issue and treatment options. She was very personable , gave me great information and answered all my questions. All around very good experience

Erin Brantley, PA, was everything you wish for in a doctor. Her demeanor was excellent—so professional and caring. The first thing she did was pull up a chair right in front of me, continuously made eye contact and wanted to hear what I had to say during the entire visit. She was confident and knew exactly what to do to make a diagnosis of carpal tunnel syndrome. She explained everything so well and answered all my questions. I would choose her over anyone else!
