I had my first appointment on Monday at resurgence and I could not believe how amazing the entire experience was from start to finish! I saw the nurse practitioner, Erin , and she was wonderful. She took her time to answer all of my questions and not at any point did I ever feel rushed or like I needed to hurry up and get out of there. She was so personable and reassuring. I even called back today because I had some other questions that I forgot to ask, and she made sure that she took care of my questions within a really great timeframe. It’s unfortunate that I have to see this type of doctor at my young age, but she was so kind. I honestly don’t dread going back too much. Everything from the people at the front desk to the bedside manner of the medical assistance to the nurse practitioner was 10 out of 10!
