Great experience. Hard time getting a quick appointment for shoulder issue at a previous provider. Called Resurgeons at 11 am and in the Covington office by 1 pm. Nurses and PA Coggins were great. Don’t know the results of treatment yet, told me it would not kick in for a couple of days, but have been throughly impressed so far.

I had a pleasant experience there Brenna was very caring and sweet to me and I was in severe pain.

From the moment I stepped in to the building I felt cared about and respected. The front desk was very helpful filling out forms in a way that was well suited for me. April was a delight, very empathetic and comforting. Brenna provided a comprehensive exam and gave me the opportunity to describe my symptoms. She was very professional and thorough. She walked me through the treatment options and explained everything in an easy to understand way. She explained my prognosis going forward and the various options available. The X-ray tech was kind, compassionate, and efficient. All in all I felt that I got superior medical attention and left the office feeling confidant that I will be well soon I am very grateful to these people who treated me so well
