Dr. Marly Dows-Martinez, MD and the staff at Windy Hill Resugens Orthopedics is absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in the door I recognized the professionalism of the front desk staff with patients in my presence, so I knew I would be in great hands. This appointment was urgent and I although I had no prior experience with Dr. Dows-Martinez, and the Windy Hill office, my visit was the "Resurgens Way!" (My experience is usually the Austell, Ga office staff and another Doctor) meaning, timely, professional and resolution oriented! I was heard when asked questions and treated very well with humor from X-ray Tech Keith! My in-take nurse was awesome too! Dr. Dows-Martinez has a comfortable demeanor and voice, which I needed dealing with my pain. She made me feel important and valued during my visit and helped me to understand my issues and line of suggested treatment! Dr. Dows-Martinez paid so much attention to me, she asked about a scar in my hand that I forgot to put in my notes! This is beyond 5-star service during these times and this economy where 'stress' seemingly hits the masses! Not here- they bring their very best and if it was not their best, "Wow!" I am appreciative and happy with my visit! Get there and get ready to be on your way in your healing journey! I couldn't imagine going to any other Orthopedic practice!
