I saw Dr Velez yesterday for the first time. He was recommended by a friend . I was impressed with his personality and thorough exam. Also that he's not quick to proceed to aggressively but instead tie more conservative approach's to my getting better . Though he was a little behind on schedule, I never felt he rushed me and answered all my questions . I recommend him to anyone wanting a well trained professional who has excellent bedside manner as well.

This review is very emotional for me. Dr. Velez has performed surgery on my neck and back from a serious car accident in 2018. He gave me the confidence to undergo these surgeries and has given me hope for a better life! I do not know where I would be without him. It is difficult to find doctors that will walk along side with you on the journey to recovery. Since the first time I met him he has made me feel like family! Dr Velez was kind & attentive and I felt like I left informed & with a plan. I was thrilled to get in the same day I called for an appointment & the nursing & radiology techs were all super friendly. Highly recommend!

Timely response by office staff by phone and at office. Dr. Velez has been very responsive with our family when he treated our son for an injury that required surgery on his lower back for a small injury. Great job and we are now back for my reinjury of a dog training twisting of thoracic vertebrae in same spot! He is great for getting X-ray data to compare and discuss current condition with our attempts to improve the condition over 2+ weeks. He provided information and advice for treatment plan to improve with following up. I am happy with his realistic assessment of symptoms with lifestyle and future goals for treatment!!! Dr. Velez performed two major spinal surgeries on me last year. Prior to the surgery, spinal degeneration was painful and severely inhibiting my mobility and enjoyment of life. Two successful surgeries over the past year, followed by rigorous PT have relieved the pain and restored much of my mobility. I have even returned to playing pickleball. Thank you Dr. Velez.
