Most pleasant doctor visit I’ve been to and I’ve been to a bunch…. right up until that shot!!!

My initial visit I felt well cared for, i was seen in a timely manner, listened to, and received a plan of care.

My first appointment with Dr. Swoops was a very positive experience. I went in due to pain in my arm related to a wrist surgery I had seven years ago. Dr. Swoops has a calm and friendly demeanor that immediately put me at ease. He took the time to listen and explained everything clearly, including his plan of action moving forward. I felt heard, understood, and confident in his care. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing orthopedic attention.

I have great confidence in Dr. Shoups. His team has taken great care of me so far and I expect everything will go well in surgery next week.

Dr Shoops was professional and knowledgeable which is always a plus. What my experience good enough to give him 5 stars was his personality. He spoke with empathy as he listened patiently when I spoke.

Arrived on time, completed paperwork prior to the visit. Checked my ID and Insirance card for accuracy and with the PA within minutes. After completing the initial questionnaire with staff, Dr. Shoops quickly came into the room and evaluated my concerns. He described a treatment plan and answered my questions. Out the door with prescriptions sent to pharmacy, plans for rehab established, and a follow up date within 40 mins. Honestly it was an incredible experience.

Dr. Jared Shoops is the friendliest and most caring doctor I've ever had. Very thorough and knowledgeable. His energy is refreshing as you can see he truly enjoys his work. Would definitely recommend !

Great Doctor ! Saw Dr. Shoops for a significant wrist injury. He was extremely patient and thorough as he explained my injury and prognosis with X rays. Patiently answered my questions and was not in a hurry to keep moving onto other patients. He also encouraged me to follow up with him if I had questions afterwards. Definitely five stars
