Dr Shoops is young & fresh. He has a great bedside manner. I had multiple X-rays and he went over the results explaining in terms I could understand. I felt comfortable with him on the onset, quickly trusting he knew what he was doing and would do what's right for me. (I am not one to trust doctors until I know them well) Also, I am elderly so treating me is no easy challenge. At no time did he make me feel old, irrelevant or hopeless. I'm confident he will get me back on track to feeling better again soon. He made suggestions and presented available choices/options for me to consider with regard to treatment. We came up with a plan of treatment together. Him in the lead of course, but with my buy-in.
