Dr. Wendler is a fellowship-trained foot and ankle surgeon dedicated to serving the communities of North Atlanta, including Sandy Springs, Marietta, and the surrounding metro Atlanta area. He is committed to building meaningful connections within his community, drawing from his experience as a team physician for high school football programs during his residency training, where he connected with young athletes while promoting injury prevention and overall health.

Dr. Wendler particularly enjoys working with patients who are eager to return to their active lifestyles, whether that's getting back on the golf course, hiking Georgia's scenic trails, returning to competitive sports, or simply being able to walk comfortably through daily activities. Outside of practicing medicine, Dr. Wendler enjoys spending quality time with his wife and daughter, whether relaxing at home or exploring new activities and traveling together. He's an avid golfer who makes it a priority to stay physically active, which helps him maintain balance and energy in both his personal and professional life.

As a diehard Packers, Brewers, and Marquette basketball fan, he tries to catch as many games as possible. Dr. Wendler also enjoys visiting local breweries and restaurants and is always open to recommendations for new places to explore.
