Dr. Sheth's journey to orthopedic sports medicine began with a passion for athletics and helping others. With a background in kinesiology and exercise science, combined with advanced training at prestigious institutions including the University of Connecticut School of Medicine, the University of Missouri Health Care, and Mississippi Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Center, Dr. Sheth found his calling in sports medicine. He takes great pride in empowering patients to overcome injuries and return to the activities that bring them joy, building strong relationships founded on trust and collaboration.

At Resurgens, Dr. Sheth believes in treating the patient, not just the injury. He sees treatment decision-making as a partnership between physician and patient, working together to develop personalized care plans. Outside of practicing medicine, Dr. Sheth enjoys spending time with his family, including his wife, son, and their mini goldendoodle. He loves being active outdoors, whether it's going for walks, running, cycling, or hiking. Dr. Sheth also participates in recreational sports and strength training to stay connected to the athletic mindset. He is passionate about personal and professional growth, regularly reading books on leadership and self-development. Additionally, Dr. Sheth dedicates time to mentoring young athletes and students and volunteering in both local and global events, reflecting his commitment to giving back to the community.
