Following his residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center and a fellowship in adult joint reconstruction at Wake Forest University, Dr. Claps brought robotic-assisted surgery into his practice early in his career and has seen great results for his patients.
As a Fellow of the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons and the Director of the Robotic Center of Excellence for Hip and Knee Replacement at Piedmont Fayette, Dr. Claps continues to advance the field of robotic-assisted joint replacement.
