New Cloud-Based Scheduling Portal on Resurgens.com Allows Patients to Find a Physician and Schedule Their Own Appointments 24/7 at Their Convenience
(Atlanta GA - Jan. 23, 2019) - Atlanta-based Resurgens Orthopaedics has partnered with Radix Health, Inc. to streamline appointment setting using their innovative cloud-based online DASH platform. DASH makes it quick and easy for new or existing patients to schedule an appointment with their doctor, and for new patients to find a physician in any specialty or any location and set up their own appointment.
The DASH platform is accessed through the Schedule Appointment button on resurgens.com and Resurgens Orthopaedics location and physician websites. Once there, patients find an intuitive, easy-to-use platform where they can search for a physician, find a Resurgens location close to their home or business, and schedule an appointment. The platform also sends follow-up reminders and other communications to patients, alleviating the need for staff members to confirm appointments via phone calls.
