Ruthann Phillips is extremely helpful, she takes her time with you and explains everything to you so you understand. She is extremely knowledgeable and I learn so much from her. I highly recommend anyone to be seen by Ruthann and feel confident that she knows exactly what she is doing for you. She is thorough and highly knowledgeable.
