My wait time to be called into an examination room was about 10 minutes. Everyone I interacted were professional and easy to talk to. They listen attentively to what I said. Nathan reviewed my X-rays with me. He offered different treatment choices for me to choose from. He was honest and we both came up with a treatment plan.
