Submitting a nomination does not guarantee selection. Nominations must be received by 11:59 pm on Monday, December 5th, 2022 to be eligible. Employees of Resurgens Orthopaedics and their family members are not eligible for nomination. Nominees must live within the Metro Atlanta area to be considered. Individuals are limited to three nomination submissions. Selected recipient(s) must receive gift items in person. If selected recipient is unable to receive gift item(s) by December 20, 2022, Resurgens Orthopaedics reserves the right to select another recipient. Selection of recipient(s) is at the sole discretion of Resurgens Orthopaedics.
