I very recently had total right hip replacement surgery by Dr. Bircoll at DeKalb Medical Surgery Center. The hip replacement has been a complete success and pain that I have experienced in the hip for a long time is gone. In addition, Dr. Bircoll and his staff are outstanding. They worked very hard at each step to make sure that I understood what to do and felt comfortable. They answered questions carefully and completely. I would highly recommend Dr. Bircoll to anyone needing hip surgery.

Dr. Daftari is the best surgeon I could've have ever asked for. My case was a workmans comp case and Dr. Daftari fought very hard for me to get the treatment and surgery I desperately needed. We fought for a year and I finally received my surgery. I could not have imagined I would have felt this good so soon after my surgery. Thanks to him I'm now walking straight again and pain free. He is absolutely a doctor who cares about his patients!!

Dr. Lundy is the best! He treated me for a fractured pelvis about 4 years ago and later on in 2015 I went back where he treated me for something I had wrong with my right leg and needed an external fixator and I feel amazing now. I had seen many other doctors who never offered me the options he did. Very smart man, professional, and makes you feel comfortable. Highly recommended 5 star service. Much respect for this Doctor! Been going to Resurgens for several years. Neck issues, knee issues, and back problems. Yep I'm a mess. But all the folks at Resurgens have always been accommodating and caring while assisting me in alleviating my issues. I can personally vouch for Dr. Achecar, Dr. Daftari and Dr. Dows-Martinez. And their rehab team is just as awesome to get everything working again. Dr. Achecar is a magician, 3 weeks ago he replaced my knee and I was up walking around without any aid 2 days later, slowly, but it was walking. He strides to do as little damage as possible while getting the new knee in. He is also good person with his patients comfort in mind. He will be doing my other knee when the time comes. Dr. Daftari pretty much the same way. I hadn't worked with him long prior to some fusing in my neck but treated me like one of the family. Highly recommend Resurgens Douglasville, Austell, and Vinings.

If you are looking for the best Orthopedic Surgeon for knee or hip replacement Dr. Kim is the one! Dr. Kim replaced both of my knees, 7 years and 8 months ago and was fantastic. I had complete trust in his abilities and excellent care from him as well as Andrea and Josh. Having a good Physical Therapist is also key to and excellent recovery. All the Physical Therapist I talk to highly recommend Dr. Kim and that speaks volumes as well as a highly respected reputation!

I am a health care worker working in a top 5 hospital in the US. The healthcare team is not comparable to the staff I encountered today. Dr. T. Baker was so empathetic, took the time to give me the information necessary to facilitate my care. I am terrified of needles (yes healthcare worker); I did not even know when my shot was completed.
