Dr. Goins is one of the best physicians I've ever had. He performed Disc Replacement surgery, C5-6 for me. He was so patient explaining what my issues were, what the MRI showed, what his course of action would be. My wife and I were IMMEDIATELY comfortable with him after spending only 10 minutes with him. His demeanor, personality, and skill level were superb. Post -surgery, I am pain free for the first time in over 20 years!! Every thing about Dr. Goins is A+++ in my opinion.

Dr. Middlebrooks and his PA are the best and understand patient's dynamics and the care they need for their medical issues. The staff in the Lawrenceville office are the best. Everyone is so professional and treat you with respect and dignity. They listen to you and also have you contribute to the medical plan and they don't just throw their treatment plan at you without explaining everything to you. They also explains it to you on your level so that when you leave their office you have a great understanding of what is it that they are trying to accomplish and to assist you to get your health back on track. Every doctor need to take a page out of their book because they understand patient's dynamic and their health needs. I love these guys and will trust all my family and friends with them. Keep up the good work guys because you are the best in the bone, joints and muscle business.

I had surgery with Dr. Jeffords and it was 100% successful. I have been pain free for 5 years. I have recommended him to several people in St. Simons where I live .....they have had spine surgery with Dr. Jeffords and they thank me because their surgeries were 100% successful too. I broke my leg on 11/22/2016. I met with Dr. Gary S. Simon for a consultation. He was very optimistic and encouraging. This doctor has excellent bedside manners and he care about his patients. After my surgery he spoke with my family to let them know how i was doing. He also informed them on how surgery went. His PA Kyle is also a very respectful person. I would recommend this practice to my family and friends. Thanks you all for your help and assistance. I will see you soon during my follow-up.

I very recently had total right hip replacement surgery by Dr. Bircoll at DeKalb Medical Surgery Center. The hip replacement has been a complete success and pain that I have experienced in the hip for a long time is gone. In addition, Dr. Bircoll and his staff are outstanding. They worked very hard at each step to make sure that I understood what to do and felt comfortable. They answered questions carefully and completely. I would highly recommend Dr. Bircoll to anyone needing hip surgery.

I am 53, Dr Kelly was referred to me by my PCP and several friends. I had a torn meniscus and Dr Kelly operated, stitched it back together, I went through all my physical therapy at Resurgeons and 13 months later I am writing this review to say that I am completely at the point where I was prior to my tear. I am writing to express my sincere thanks to Dr. Marly N. Dows-Martinez, M.D. for her technical expertise and compassionate patient care. As a former military pilot, I developed lower back pain and radiating pain that she correctly identified as Sciatica. She took the time to listen and evaluate my symptoms, then methodically progressed through the levels or remediation. As a result of her actions, the excruciating radiating pain down my thigh and legs have gone from a 10 plus to a 1-2 level. Well done and thank you so much.

Dr. Miller is fabulous. I tore my meniscus and he did the surgery. Absolutely NO pain from day 1. I now get cortisone shots every 3 months. Very knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. Love him!
