Brooke a piece of my joint off at the base of my thumb in a SkyZone Trampoline Fitness class. It floated away from the bone with the ligament attached. Dr. Patel did a great job at explaining everything to me prior to surgery. I knew exactly what to expect. The Resurgens group is amazing. I still have to go back and have the cast taken off and pin removed. Hoping the pin removal does not hurt. He said it would not, just be uncomfortable. He has been spot on about everything else, so not as anxious.

I fell off a ladder and shattered my calcaneus with displacement of the bones in my leg. Dr. Bircoll put me back together....... A plate and 10 screws. He was very direct and told me the seriousness of my injury. It has been 10 months now and I can walk without a limp. I have not developed arthritis which is a great risk for this type of injury. I honestly believed that Dr. Bircoll saved my life. I highly recommend him. He is clearly the best. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Dr. B!

I am a new patient. She is very friendly, down to earth, and knowledgeable. I was SO impressed with her, that I am passing her business cards on to several of my friends who would benefit from seeing her. I truly wish all doctors connected with her patients like she does. Great Doctor and Staff! Repaired torn meniscus in my left knee. Took time to explain all my options. Surgery scheduled promptly and results are excellent. Cleared to go back to full activity four weeks after the surgery!

I cannot recommend Dr Michele T. Perez highly enough if you have back issues! First of all, the Kennesaw location for Resurgens is super convenient to get to. Lots of free parking, and a large office with multiple specialists. They have in-house X-ray facilities, so no going elsewhere if the doctor needs that kind of diagnostic. They are fast and efficient in seeing patients, billing, X-ray, and in every interaction I have had with them. Highly effective, and no waiting for my appointment! i have lower back orthopedic issues, which has changed over the 16 years I have had them. Dr. Perez is up to date on the latest treatments to manage pain and improve an injured back as much as possible.
