I was very impressed with this practice from the minute I arrived at the reception desk. All of the staff (front and back were very personable and attentive). I was seen within 2 minutes of my appointment time and that was true for each area of the practice (nurse/asst, and X-ray). Dr. Ansari was prompt, attentive and willing to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. I have and will continue to recommend this professional and caring practice.

Dr. Ficke is a great surgeon. I found him quite by accident and consider myself extremely lucky to have done so. He's extremely knowledgeable and kind and gentle as well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing hand surgery. His assistant Leslie is wonderful, too. It's a great office and all the staff was friendly and reassuring in my time of need. Dr. Ficke and Resurgens Orthopaedics ROCK!!!!

Dr. Finkelstein e is very professional and direct about what your injury is. I have been very impressed with his knowledge and efficient run office. Although I hope to not need him after this, He will be my go to for back and neck issues. I recommend him 100%.

I had hip replacement surgery on 1/2/19 and walked with minimal assistance of a cane on 1/17/19. I found Dr. Claps and staff to be professional and efficient. My questions were always answered and explanations given for medications and procedures to be preformed. Dr. Claps called personally before and after surgery. I could not have chosen a better surgeon for my procedure. I also found other staff at Resurgens to be friendly and helpful.

I am very impressed with Dr. Simon and his medical staff. I had ongoing shoulder pain when I first went to Dr. Simon several months ago. He spent quality time evaluating my condition and conducted a thorough assessment based on my symptoms. I really liked that he took a conservative approach and suggested a cortisone injection without a mention of surgery. When I returned a couple of months later with continued pain, he suggested an MRI, which revealed a full thickness tear in my rotator cuff. Again, Dr. Simon spent a great deal of time with me reviewing and thoroughly explaining the results of the MRI in details that I could understand. Unfortunately, I will need surgery to repair the tendon, but because of Dr. Simon’s professionalism and attentiveness of his nurse, Melanie, and surgical coordinator, Tonya, I feel confident heading into surgery in a couple of weeks.

Dr. Lundy is the best! He treated me for a fractured pelvis about 4 years ago and later on in 2015 I went back where he treated me for something I had wrong with my right leg and needed an external fixator and I feel amazing now. I had seen many other doctors who never offered me the options he did. Very smart man, professional, and makes you feel comfortable. Highly recommended 5 star service. Much respect for this Doctor! I was referred to this practice and Dr. Kim by Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville after three different Doctors in my area in TN had given me different diagnoses. It was way past time for some action on the problem and I was very happy with the care and professionalism. I am now going back for another irreverent joint even though it is quite a drive and needed to stay over post-op.
