Dr. Makhuli has been my favorite orthopedic surgeon long before he became my doctor. He fixed my son's clavicle smashed in a skateboarding accident. When I became a patient of his I already had experiences with good orthopedic surgeons from New Jersey to Atlanta since 1985 with arthroscopic repair of torn meniscus in both knees. Dr. Makhuli was in no hurry to perform replacements and for years we worked on less drastic solutions until at the age of 61 this past January, when I had my first total.

The entire experience was excellent. What I appreciated most was Dr. Titelman spending time showing me my xrays, helping me understand the fracture I had, and why it should heal fine given its location. The staff were also friendly and very efficient.

Dr. Scott reconstructed my son's foot a few years ago and was outstanding. He explained everything and spent a good amount of time with us. Did a fantastic job and I would not have trusted anyone else.

One of the best spine surgeons in the business. Dr. Greenfield saw me after 2 prior failed surgeries to repair my lower back. I had lived with crippling back pain for 10 years. I had heard of Dr. Greenfield's expertise and I was grateful to finally see him. He rebuilt my lower back and its been 3 years since the surgery and he made sure everything went as planned. I have had the best 3 years since the surgery. Was able to work again and do all the things that I had missed doing with my family. Due to see him again shortly for a follow up. Been going to Resurgens for several years. Neck issues, knee issues, and back problems. Yep I'm a mess. But all the folks at Resurgens have always been accommodating and caring while assisting me in alleviating my issues. I can personally vouch for Dr. Achecar, Dr. Daftari and Dr. Dows-Martinez. And their rehab team is just as awesome to get everything working again. Dr. Achecar is a magician, 3 weeks ago he replaced my knee and I was up walking around without any aid 2 days later, slowly, but it was walking. He strides to do as little damage as possible while getting the new knee in. He is also good person with his patients comfort in mind. He will be doing my other knee when the time comes. Dr. Daftari pretty much the same way. I hadn't worked with him long prior to some fusing in my neck but treated me like one of the family. Highly recommend Resurgens Douglasville, Austell, and Vinings.

I am a new patient. She is very friendly, down to earth, and knowledgeable. I was SO impressed with her, that I am passing her business cards on to several of my friends who would benefit from seeing her. I truly wish all doctors connected with her patients like she does. In addition, her staff has been working for her for a long time. This tells me that she treats her employees well. May good things continue to happen for Dr. Satterwhite!
