Been going to Resurgens for several years. Neck issues, knee issues, and back problems. Yep I'm a mess. But all the folks at Resurgens have always been accommodating and caring while assisting me in alleviating my issues. I can personally vouch for Dr. Achecar, Dr. Daftari and Dr. Dows-Martinez. And their rehab team is just as awesome to get everything working again. Dr. Achecar is a magician, 3 weeks ago he replaced my knee and I was up walking around without any aid 2 days later, slowly, but it was walking. He strides to do as little damage as possible while getting the new knee in. He is also good person with his patients comfort in mind. He will be doing my other knee when the time comes. Dr. Daftari pretty much the same way. I hadn't worked with him long prior to some fusing in my neck but treated me like one of the family. Highly recommend Resurgens Douglasville, Austell, and Vinings.

Dr. Traub is not only highly skilled in his profession, he is caring, compassionate and as nice as he is handsome:-) He provides detailed explanations during pre/post-operative visits/procedures. I had a large meniscus tear repaired. My speedy recovery not only shocked "me," but my family and friends, as well!! I only used crutches the day of surgery and the next. 2 weeks post-surgery, 2 visits to the PT, I regained full range of motion in my knee and was able to resume my 30 minute walks.

I've been a patient at both the orthopaedic medical center and rehab center for a few years, and will continue to come back when needed. The doctors and their staff are very friendly, and always available for an appointment. The therapists at the rehab center are also great - with awesome bedside manners and developing helpful programs that you can do at home too. In my experience, they put physical therapy first to solve any issues, versus jumping right into suggesting surgery. Great facility!

Dr. Achecar is a Great Doctor He operated on my Knee and I did not have any pain at all. Everything went smooth. I have recommended 2 people to him and they were well pleased. He needs 10 stars. Would not use anyone else.

Dr. Jeff Peretz and his team have been awesome! They are professional, friendly and attentive. Dr. Peretz spent a lot of time with us during the initial consultation for a total knee replacement and was very thorough in detailing his pre op and post op instructions! The surgery went exactly as planned and so did the recovery. Amazing improvement in range of motion and mobility. His team was supportive and responsive to phone calls. Highly recommend Dr. Jeff Peretz for Total knee replacement!

I just can't say enough about Resurgens and Dr. Chris Blanchard. I have had moderate to severe pain in my neck, shoulders, and right arm for many years. Dr. Blanchard did ACDF for me on 2 levels 10 days ago, and I feel better than I have in 20 years! I'm essentially pain free! Dr. Blanchard is caring, patient, and professional - I would highly recommend him! And the office staff at the Cumming office is friendly, professional and efficient - one of the best run medical offices I have ever visited. I would highly recommend Resurgens and Dr. Blanchard!

Outstanding!!! Had a pretty bad compound fracture on my leg. But I was so fortunate that Dr. Bruggers was available that Sunday morning to operate on my leg. No complications whatsoever. The next day, I was able to walk (with walker), dress and bathe myself. Didn't take any painkillers from the second day on. 2 weeks later, am able to walk short distances w/o crutches. Absolutely amazing. She's the best!!!

Highly Recommend! I have been to three different doctors all over Georgia, and was beginning to think I was going to have to live with the pain in my foot from an accident I was in years ago. Dr. Kowalchuk was knowledgeable, kind, and made me feel comfortable in the decision to get surgery to try and fix the pain. I can finally walk normally again and am so happy with my results.
