I just can't say enough about Resurgens and Dr. Chris Blanchard. I have had moderate to severe pain in my neck, shoulders, and right arm for many years. Dr. Blanchard did ACDF for me on 2 levels 10 days ago, and I feel better than I have in 20 years! I'm essentially pain free! Dr. Blanchard is caring, patient, and professional - I would highly recommend him! And the office staff at the Cumming office is friendly, professional and efficient - one of the best run medical offices I have ever visited. I would highly recommend Resurgens and Dr. Blanchard!

Dr. Dows-Martinez is 5 Stars all the way. She diagnosed my Sciatica, and first and foremost, was alleviating the pain and moving forward with treatment. She explained in detail; in a way I could understand, while showing me a model of a spine. We discussed and agreed upon a treatment plan; as well as expectations and scheduled an Epidural for the next day; which again; she explained – procedure, expectations, and outcomes in detail. Her staff member Angie immediately scheduled the procedure and gave me all the information and details to prepare for it. No detail left out, and made me feel comfortable preparing for the procedure. Every one of her team members were attentive to my medical needs and are all very friendly which really helped put me at ease. The day of the procedure Dr. Dows-Martinez made it very clear that her #1 concern was to keep me pain free, and that she did! …completing the procedure and no pain. Post Op follow-up by Dr. Dows-Martinez and her team, another 5 Stars. Her personal call was specific to my medical needs and her reach-out of personal care and interest was so genuinely felt. Thank you Dr. Dows-Martinez and team!!!

Saw Dr. Traub for a knee problem. When the conservative treatment didn't work, I was scheduled for a MRI and then arthroscopic surgery within 3 weeks. Dr. Traub and his staff take the time to explain the problem and the solution. I have never had to wait longer then 10 minutes in the outer or inner office. I love that the PT is down the hall. Great continuity of care.

Dr. Titelman did a great job on my elbow. Before surgery, I had two bone spurs pinching a nerve and grew tired of the aching and pain. After seeing two other orthopedic surgeons, who incorrectly misdiagnosed my issue, Dr. Titelman was able to tell me what was going on, explained all the possible ramifications if I chose to go along with the surgery, and suggested I wait until I was really ready, because "surgery is nothing anyone should rush into". Dr. Titelman is a talented and gifted doctor.

Had three surgeries with Dr. Miller, left an right rotator cuff, right hand carpal tunnel. Was best Dr. I ever had a in my 70 years I have had many Dr's. Very caring, explains every thing to be done in layman's terms that anyone can understand.

I had a cervical issue for a number of years and it was seriously affecting my life as a guitarist/musician. The pain and numbness was so bad in my left arm / hand, I was virtually unable to play. After Dr. Bennett Grimm gave me ACDF surgery, I'm completely back to normal. I couldn't ask for better care and expertise than Bennett Grimm. Shout out also to Emily and Chelsey too! amazing work from Resurgens Orthopaedics... you guys totally ROCK!

First visit and I am sold! This visit was informative and satisfying. Dr. Cahoon was very friendly, knowledgeable of my condition and took time out to educate me on my condition, by demonstrating with the model knee in his office. He was not eager to take me under the "knife"(surgery) suggested alternative possibilities. I left the visit happy, encouraged, informed and at Peace.

Highly Recommend! I have been to three different doctors all over Georgia, and was beginning to think I was going to have to live with the pain in my foot from an accident I was in years ago. Dr. Kowalchuk was knowledgeable, kind, and made me feel comfortable in the decision to get surgery to try and fix the pain. I can finally walk normally again and am so happy with my results.

My husband Eddie Rush had neck surgery performed by Dr Middlebrooks April 2018 and he was very pleased with him and the results. Dr Middlebrooks ordered xrays and explained in detail what the problem was with the neck and what the surgical procedure would and would not correct due to arthritis also being involved with the issue. He took the time to explore the problem explain the issues in great detail and offer what the surgical procedure would change about Eddies quality of daily life. Eddie has been very pleased and grateful for the relief of constant pain resolved by the surgery performed by Dr Middlebrooks. The entire staff of Dr Middlebrooks and Resurgens Orthopedics are an invaluable asset to anyone suffering from any type of orthopedic issue. We would highly recommend them and in fact my sister and my niece both had treatment and foot/ankle surgery at Resurgens Orthopedics in Lawrenceville years ago. We hope we do not need them again but have full confidence of the help we would receive if we did. Thoroughness, Thoughtfulness, Compassionate, Results and Relief !!
