Dr. Makhuli has been my favorite orthopedic surgeon long before he became my doctor. He fixed my son's clavicle smashed in a skateboarding accident. When I became a patient of his I already had experiences with good orthopedic surgeons from New Jersey to Atlanta since 1985 with arthroscopic repair of torn meniscus in both knees. Dr. Makhuli was in no hurry to perform replacements and for years we worked on less drastic solutions until at the age of 61 this past January, when I had my first total.

Dr. Starecki and his staff were very friendly and professional. He showed X-rays of my wrist, which was broken, and explained the procedures for fixing it. He answered all of my questions, I never felt rushed during an appointment, and I felt very comfortable with the care he provided.

I had a cervical issue for a number of years and it was seriously affecting my life as a guitarist/musician. The pain and numbness was so bad in my left arm / hand, I was virtually unable to play. After Dr. Bennett Grimm gave me ACDF surgery, I'm completely back to normal. I couldn't ask for better care and expertise than Bennett Grimm. Shout out also to Emily and Chelsey too! amazing work from Resurgens Orthopaedics... you guys totally ROCK!

Been going to Resurgens for several years. Neck issues, knee issues, and back problems. Yep I'm a mess. But all the folks at Resurgens have always been accommodating and caring while assisting me in alleviating my issues. I can personally vouch for Dr. Achecar, Dr. Daftari and Dr. Dows-Martinez. And their rehab team is just as awesome to get everything working again. Dr. Achecar is a magician, 3 weeks ago he replaced my knee and I was up walking around without any aid 2 days later, slowly, but it was walking. He strides to do as little damage as possible while getting the new knee in. He is also good person with his patients comfort in mind. He will be doing my other knee when the time comes. Dr. Daftari pretty much the same way. I hadn't worked with him long prior to some fusing in my neck but treated me like one of the family. Highly recommend Resurgens Douglasville, Austell, and Vinings.

I LOVE DR MORRIS ! He listened to me, he helped me , he is super kind and has a heart of gold! I had Knee surgery with him just this week and it went awesome! Highly recommended! Awesome Doctor!

I have osteoarthritis and have had 6 hand surgeries with Dr. Holliger. You won't find a better hand surgeon or a better surgery center than Dr. Holliger or Resurgens. After 3 cyst removals, 2 carpal tunnel releases, and most importantly, removal of the bone at the base of my thumb, I am virtually pain free. I have no scars from the cyst removals or the carpal tunnel releases and never even took a pain pill afterwards. Dr Holliger took excellent care of me and I highly recommend him. I wish I had met him 15 years sooner. Needless suffering over fear of painful surgery was a total waste of time. I can't say enough about how my quality of life has improved because Dr. Holliger is such a great surgeon. One more surgery to go and I will be good as new! Thank you for taking such good care of me!

Dr. Sacks was highly recommended to me by my dentist. He had joint replacement by Dr. Sacks and told me if I wanted the best care available, Dr. Sacks is the man to see. I did some research, asked around and discovered that many people within my community have had successful surgery by Dr. Sacks. I also discovered that he is the Chief of Orthopaedics at Wellstar Cobb Hospital. I made an appointment and I am grateful I did. I had my knees replaced and I am living life to the fullest. Couldn't be happier with Dr. Bennett Grimm at Resurgens! To say he helped change my life back would be an understatement. I had suffered from a ruptured L4L5 in my back for almost 4 months. I had previously been misdiagnosed with sciatica by other metro Atlanta orthopedists before I met with Dr. Grimm. The first day I limbed into Dr. Grimm's appointment he had an idea what was wrong. Being the brilliant doctor he is he was correct. Within less then two weeks he had me under getting that disc removed. Great Surgery. Great recovery. Great doctor! My husband has used Resurgens for several surgeries and we have always been very pleased. Friendly, caring nurses and doctors. We never feel like they have overbooked surgeries where we feel rushed. He just had total knee replacement and the nurses and doctors were great!
