I was very impressed with this practice from the minute I arrived at the reception desk. All of the staff (front and back were very personable and attentive). I was seen within 2 minutes of my appointment time and that was true for each area of the practice (nurse/asst, and X-ray). Dr. Ansari was prompt, attentive and willing to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. I have and will continue to recommend this professional and caring practice.

If you require a total knee or hip replacement, Dr. Lane is the best. My left knee is perfection and my right knee soon will be. You cannot find a more caring, skilled, and talented doctor.

Great Doctor and Staff! Repaired torn meniscus in my left knee. Took time to explain all my options. Surgery scheduled promptly and results are excellent. Cleared to go back to full activity four weeks after the surgery!

It was a good visit. I got a steroid shot in the hip. He was informative and seemed to care about the problem. I will visit him again if needed. I would recommend him to others.

Dr. Raines did an excellent job repairing a tear in one of the small muscles of my shoulder. He is kind, pleasant, and professional. April, one of his medical assistants, always had a cheerful word for me and for everyone else in the office. Dr Charles E. Claps is a top notch orthopedic surgeon! He replaced my left hip using the anterior approach. The next day I was released from the hospital, able to walk on my own although using a walker and cane for a few days as directed. I was off pain meds 5 days after surgery and walking two miles on my own with no hip pain! Dr Claps is a patient-focused physician; he kept me informed before, during and after the process. How many surgeons call their patient the evening before surgery?!

I was SO impressed with her, that I am passing her business cards on to several of my friends who would benefit from seeing her. I truly wish all doctors connected with her patients like she does.
