Went to him several years ago for shoulder and was helpful and knowledgeable. Recently visited him for what I thought was my shoulder but turned out to be neck issue that caused pain to shoulder. Took time to talk about solutions and referred spine specialist. Good manner and not pompous.

Excellent surgeon with a comfortable bedside manner. The entire office was easy to deal with and always eager to make sure that my mom was well cared for. Everyone went the extra mile to fully explain every detail of the procedure and answer any questions or concerns that we had. Scheduling or changing appointments was an easy process as well.

Dr. Raines did an excellent job repairing a tear in one of the small muscles of my shoulder. He is kind, pleasant, and professional. April, one of his medical assistants, always had a cheerful word for me and for everyone else in the office. Dr. Womack is one of the best orthopedic doctors in Atlanta. I can say that with confidence given that he has performed surgery on myself and family members. I healed very well, was treated in a hospital that didn't charge an crazy amount (like Emory or Piedmont), and and was treated well after surgery. Dr. Womack is very knowledgeable and unlike many doctors he has an excellent bedside manner. He is busy but he has always taken the time to answer my questions. A friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled surgeon and doctor, it's hard to find better.

I was referred to this practice and Dr. Kim by Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville after three different Doctors in my area in TN had given me different diagnoses. It was way past time for some action on the problem and I was very happy with the care and professionalism.
