Dr. Mortazavi cares very much about his patients well being. Excellent explanation of my condition and the expectations of the surgery to correct my back issues. After having the surgery, he remains attentive to patients needs. His PA, Curtis, is also knowledgeable and displays the same concerns for the patients well being. Overall great experience and glad I chose Dr. Mortazavi to perform my surgery!

I have been to this office twice Dr. Doug Widener and all the staff have been absolutely fantastic. Dr. Widener exceeded my expectations and figured out quickly my issues. I have a horrible fear of needles but he managed to relax me enough that it wasn’t so bad at all! Highly recommend this office and Dr. Widener and love that they have a physical therapy unit in the same office!

I just can't say enough about Resurgens and Dr. Chris Blanchard. I have had moderate to severe pain in my neck, shoulders, and right arm for many years. Dr. Blanchard did ACDF for me on 2 levels 10 days ago, and I feel better than I have in 20 years! I'm essentially pain free! Dr. Blanchard is caring, patient, and professional - I would highly recommend him! And the office staff at the Cumming office is friendly, professional and efficient - one of the best run medical offices I have ever visited. I would highly recommend Resurgens and Dr. Blanchard!

Dr. Bircoll replaced my right hip and had some complications. He got everyone on board and helped me at each turn. I trust Dr. Bircoll so much that he is now going to replace the left hip. Highly Recommend! I have been to three different doctors all over Georgia, and was beginning to think I was going to have to live with the pain in my foot from an accident I was in years ago. I fell off a ladder and shattered my calcaneus with displacement of the bones in my leg. Dr. Bircoll put me back together....... A plate and 10 screws. He was very direct and told me the seriousness of my injury. It has been 10 months now and I can walk without a limp. I have not developed arthritis which is a great risk for this type of injury. I honestly believed that Dr. Bircoll saved my life. I highly recommend him. He is clearly the best. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Dr. B!
