The office staff was polite and helpful. Dr. Tan knew what she was talking about, and spent a long time explaining my condition to me. Even gave me a lot of written information about my problem. She made me feel very comfortable (I'm usually anxious around doctors), and that she would take good care of me. I liked her a lot because she's so smart and compassionate. I would certainly recommend her to anyone who needs to see a hand and upper extremity surgeon for sure.

I had surgery with Dr. Jeffords and it was 100% successful. I have been pain free for 5 years. I have recommended him to several people in St. Simons where I live .....they have had spine surgery with Dr. Jeffords and they thank me because their surgeries were 100% successful too. I have used Dr. Miller twice in the past, and since he has a reputation as the best shoulder surgeon in North Atlanta, I scheduled my reverse shoulder replacement surgery with him. He has assembled a great team of specialists. I found them to be experienced, friendly, caring and very helpful. His PA, Pete, has been his side-kick for many years and his experience was obvious. My shoulder is now pain free. Would I do it again? My answer is yes.

Dr. Sacks was highly recommended to me by my dentist. He had joint replacement by Dr. Sacks and told me if I wanted the best care available, Dr. Sacks is the man to see. I did some research, asked around and discovered that many people within my community have had successful surgery by Dr. Sacks. I also discovered that he is the Chief of Orthopaedics at Wellstar Cobb Hospital. I made an appointment and I am grateful I did. I had my knees replaced and I am living life to the fullest. Dr. Julia Kao is incredible, she has a fantastic beside manor, professional, caring, thorough, and ensures that you are healing properly. My surgery was done outpatient, with an 8 cm. incision, she sent me home with everything I need! Also Rachel who is also amazing, made sure I had all prescriptions I needed, and was there to answer all my questions! I would highly recommend Dr. Kao and her staff!! They are the best!!

I had surgery with Dr. Goins last December. He was wonderful !! The PA and nurses at the office are great. Yes, they do remind you of your appointment. Yes, you may have a bit of a wait when you get there to see the doctor or PA. The reason for this is these people make SURE you understand everything and that all your questions are answered. I have heard them deal with the elderly and they are very patient. I appreciate this. Dr. Goins knew I was scared to have back surgery. He did not rush any of my appointments. I would rather wait for a doctor who takes their time with a person than one who over books, rushes in, quickly goes over things and rushes out leaving you still having questions.

Dr. Ross did many surgeries on me after my motorcycle wreck. He is the best. He and his team are personable, professional and caring. I will have to have more surgeries and Dr. Ross is who I want in the operating room.THANK YOU

Dr. Jacob Strong has treated me for a variety of conditions, over a period of 4 years, most recently, for a large synovial cyst on my spine, as a result of DDD. Over the course of numerous appointments and treatments, Dr. Strong has proven to be a totally dedicated, and thorough healer. I am writing to express my sincere thanks to Dr. Marly N. Dows-Martinez, M.D. for her technical expertise and compassionate patient care. As a former military pilot, I developed lower back pain and radiating pain that she correctly identified as Sciatica. She took the time to listen and evaluate my symptoms, then methodically progressed through the levels or remediation. As a result of her actions, the excruciating radiating pain down my thigh and legs have gone from a 10 plus to a 1-2 level. Well done and thank you so much.

Dr. Raines did an excellent job repairing a tear in one of the small muscles of my shoulder. He is kind, pleasant, and professional. April, one of his medical assistants, always had a cheerful word for me and for everyone else in the office. I am completely satisfied with my treatment and grateful to have the use of my arm and shoulder again!
