I've been a patient at both the orthopaedic medical center and rehab center for a few years, and will continue to come back when needed. The doctors and their staff are very friendly, and always available for an appointment. The therapists at the rehab center are also great - with awesome bedside manners and developing helpful programs that you can do at home too. In my experience, they put physical therapy first to solve any issues, versus jumping right into suggesting surgery. Great facility!

If you are looking for the best Orthopedic Surgeon for knee or hip replacement Dr. Kim is the one! Dr. Kim replaced both of my knees, 7 years and 8 months ago and was fantastic. I had complete trust in his abilities and excellent care from him as well as Andrea and Josh. Having a good Physical Therapist is also key to and excellent recovery. All the Physical Therapist I talk to highly recommend Dr. Kim and that speaks volumes as well as a highly respected reputation!

I had surgery with Dr. Goins last December. He was wonderful !! The PA and nurses at the office are great. Yes, they do remind you of your appointment. Yes, you may have a bit of a wait when you get there to see the doctor or PA. The reason for this is these people make SURE you understand everything and that all your questions are answered. I have heard them deal with the elderly and they are very patient. I appreciate this. Dr. Goins knew I was scared to have back surgery. He did not rush any of my appointments. I would rather wait for a doctor who takes their time with a person than one who over books, rushes in, quickly goes over things and rushes out leaving you still having questions.

Dr. Khan, he is the most amazing doctor i have ever met because he has given me a second life to live by doing my ankle surgery and motivated me to stand on my feet again.

My husband has used Resurgens for several surgeries and we have always been very pleased. Friendly, caring nurses and doctors. We never feel like they have overbooked surgeries where we feel rushed. He just had total knee replacement and the nurses and doctors were great!

Brooke a piece of my joint off at the base of my thumb in a SkyZone Trampoline Fitness class. It floated away from the bone with the ligament attached. Dr. Patel did a great job at explaining everything to me prior to surgery. I knew exactly what to expect. The Resurgens group is amazing. I still have to go back and have the cast taken off and pin removed. Hoping the pin removal does not hurt. He said it would not, just be uncomfortable. He has been spot on about everything else, so not as anxious.

Dr. Lundy is the best! He treated me for a fractured pelvis about 4 years ago and later on in 2015 I went back where he treated me for something I had wrong with my right leg and needed an external fixator and I feel amazing now. I had seen many other doctors who never offered me the options he did. Very smart man, professional, and makes you feel comfortable. Highly recommended 5 star service. Much respect for this Doctor! I very recently had total right hip replacement surgery by Dr. Bircoll at DeKalb Medical Surgery Center. The hip replacement has been a complete success and pain that I have experienced in the hip for a long time is gone. In addition, Dr. Bircoll and his staff are outstanding. They worked very hard at each step to make sure that I understood what to do and felt comfortable. They answered questions carefully and completely. I would highly recommend Dr. Bircoll to anyone needing hip surgery.
