The staff always attentive, friendly and helpful to their patients and I am grateful for the service they provide and their care for me.

I don’t believe I’ve ever had to sit in the waiting room more than five minutes past my appointment time, and in the exam room more than 10 minutes before seeing the doctor. The staff is always courteous and efficient. Dr. Middlebrooks is friendly and offers as much time as needed for questions.

Very nice, staff was very nice, very knowledgeable, staff was great doing X-ray. Very good explaining results and what was needed for me to do to improve my health.

Short wait time and very efficient

DR. MIDDLEBROOKS IS SUBERB. He performed major back fusion on me L4,L5,S1 and I am without the pain I've had for 25 yrs and the last 8 yrs deabiliting pain. I feel I have a new life !
