Hitting the Fairways for Charitable Dollars
The 2007 GMN Golf Outing benefiting the Resurgens Orthopaedics Charitable Foundation will take place October 8, 2007, at the spectacular Hawks Ridge Golf Club in Ballground, Georgia. Last year's tournament was a great success raising over $130,000 for the Foundation thanks to the wonderful support of the physicians, patients and friends of Resurgens Orthopaedics.
Established in 2001, the Foundation has completed several fundraising efforts with the primary focus on community playground projects for children with disabilities.
This year's tournament will be dedicated to Dr. Richard Levere, Executive Director of the Resurgens Foundation, who passed away April 23, 2007, in honor of his tireless efforts on behalf of the Foundation. Registration will begin at 9:00 a.m. with a shotgun start at 12:00 p.m.
